Dr. Hector Bolivar Bernabé Aguirre, was born in the Baquerizo Moreno Parish (Jujan) Guayas Province, Ecuador.
He completed his higher studies at the School of Dentistry of the University of Guayaquil, obtaining the title of Dentist in the year 1978.
During his student career, he stood out among the best, winning the Philanthropic Award and the Contenta Award from the University of Guayaquil on 3 occasions; for having obtained the best grades during his university career.
He migrated to the United States, overcoming many obstacles such as the language.
In 1990 he graduated from New York University (IFTD), with honors, and in 1991.
In 1994 he received the CATHA award, an annual award that has been fundamentally instituted to stimulate, praise and reward manual and intellectual workers who stand out in their activities and achievements, as pioneers, leaders, professionals, creators, guides and servants of the country.
He received recognition as one of the best citizens of the Ecuadorian Community in New York City in 1996 and for his professional work by the College of Journalists of Cuba in 1998.
In 2003 he was also awarded Professional of the Year by the New Jersey State Mayor's Office of Jersey City and the New Jersey Civic Committee.
